American Journal of Food, Nutrition and Health is an international, peer-reviewed journal which publishes high quality, original research contributions to comprehensive information for researchers interested in planning, carrying out and administrating health related fitness and wellness programs in varied settings. It contributes to the improvement of public health through quality research and a better understanding of the science involved in food safety, nutrition and dietetics, food studies, food and restaurant management.
