Cyclic Voltammetry of Nano Copper Sulfate with Cefepime Using Glassy Carbon Electrode
Abstract
The nano copper sulfate was prepared by ball milling of normal CuSO4. The redox behavior for nano copper sulfate was studied voltammetrically in presence and absence of Cefepime using glassy carbon electrodes in 0.1 M KCl supporting electrode. Scan rates were studied for the redox behaviors for CuSO4 alone or in presence of Cefepime. Stability constants for the interaction of copper ions with Cefepime were evaluated. All mechanisms were discussed.
